- เข้าใจการใช้งานฟีเจอร์ต่าง ๆ ใน Discuss Hashpire
- สรุป workflow การ Assign งาน ให้ชัดเจนมากขึ้น
- ปรับแบบฟอร์มการเขียนใน Content Board
  - ปรับ Use template as reply
  - เพิ่มหัวข้อ เป้าหมายของเนื้อหาที่ผู้อ่านจะได้รับ (ในอนาคตจะเปลี่ยนไปใช้เป็น Tag )
  - ปรับ รูปแบบของเนื้อหาที่จะนำเสนอ ไปใช้เป็น Tag
  - ปรับการเขียนโครงสร้างของเนื้อหาให้ หัวข้อ = Section

- ปรับแบบฟอร์ม Task Board
  - Reviewers ปรับเป็นชื่อผู้ที่เขียน Content แล้ว Reviewers เป็นคนที่จะมาเช็คใน Check box ว่า Assignees รีวิว Content ไปแล้วหรือยัง ตรงตามเวลาหรือไม่
  - ใน Description ควรจะมีการอธิบายว่าในแต่ละส่วนจะให้ Assignees ทำอะไรบ้าง เช่น รีวิวเนื้อหาของหัวข้อเรื่อง… ใส่ Ref ในนี้ได้
  - ใน Key Results ให้แยกเป็น Check box เป็นแต่ละ Content เป็น Subtask
